We are seeking exceptional team members who can work 10-40 hours each week at a new Quiznos Sub store that will be opening in early September 2006 on S. Craig Street in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh, PA.

Anticipated store hours will be 8:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Friday and 11:00 am to 8:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The store will be closed on designated Holidays. This is an owner operated business with no late nights, no alcohol service, no deep fat frying, and a smoke free

work environment.

Responsibilities: Team members will be involved in all aspects of store operations including food preparation, customer service, cleaning, store marketing and other tasks related to the operation of a quick service restaurant. Team members must successfully complete a comprehensive Quiznos Sub training program.

Skills and Qualifications: Prior quick service restaurant experience preferred but not required; Good interpersonal skills; Customer service mentality; Attention to detail; Quality focus; Excellent communication skills; Energetic self-starter; Strong multi-tasking abilities; Sense of urgency; Ability to remain calm under pressure; Health and safety consciousness; Honest, trustworthy and reliable; Open and flexible schedule; Drug and alcohol free.

Minimum Education Level: Students working toward a High School Diploma; Adults with a High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational/Technical School Diploma.

Pay And Benefit Package: Base wage rate of up to $8.00 per hour based on prior work experience and successful completion of training; Paid training program; Paid Holidays; Up to twelve (12) paid vacation days (PTO days) each year based on hours worked; Employee store performance bonus program; Employee safety award program; Discounted meals on work days; Free employee uniforms (polo shirt, apron, and cap); Flexible work schedules for high school and college students.
